What we collect

Only what a tax engagement requires, and only what you send us: your name, email, phone or messenger handle, a description of your situation, and — once an engagement starts — the documents needed to prepare a filing.

• Documents you upload to the secure portal
• Technical data strictly necessary to serve the page (see the cookie notice)

What we do not do

• No advertising or analytics trackers
• No selling or renting of personal data
• No third-party pixel on this site

Why we process it

To answer your enquiry, to prepare and file returns, and to comply with professional record-keeping and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to US tax practitioners. The legal basis for tax work is the engagement itself; the legal basis for an enquiry is your request to be contacted.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data that does not become an engagement is deleted within 24 months. Engagement files are retained for the period required by professional standards and applicable law, then destroyed.

Your rights

You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent to be contacted at any time. Write to the address below; we answer within one business day.

Security

Documents move through an encrypted portal, not by email attachment. Access is limited to the practitioner who signs the return.
